We at Nanasai have a long history with mannequins.
These mannequins worked in a variety of places, such as department stores and art museums, and after a long time they were painted and maintained before retiring from their role.
Mannequins are usually handed over to specialist companies as industrial waste and reused as road paving materials such as asphalt.
Our craftsmen handcraft each and every one of these mannequins, filled with respect and a strong desire to reduce the number of mannequins that are discarded, even if just a single one is like a child.

How a single flower vase is made
① Randomly cut out parts from a mannequin that has completed its role. 
② The cut-out parts are joined together in a way that preserves the mannequin's form.
Small parts are also packed inside to reinforce the strength. 
3) Polish the joints and edges to make them flat, drill holes for the insertion, and paint it in your preferred color using the same process as the mannequin.
